TankBattle 2 Player
Why We Picked TankBattle 2 Player
Two tanks, one keyboard, and a control split that forces both players onto the same desk: WASD and Q on one side, the arrow keys and P on the other. Duels are decided by positioning and the first clean shot, not by health bars or upgrades, so a single mistake usually ends the round. Twenty-ninth of 31 in Strategy is about right for a proof of concept: two tanks, one screen, and no ceremony at all.
How to Play
Three things decide whether a run here goes well:
- Blue drives on WASD and fires with Q; brown uses the arrow keys and P.
- Destroy the opposing tank before it lands a shot on you, using cover and angles.
- Circle rather than charging straight in, and keep your firing line clear of obstacles.
Editor’s Note
A local duel, so it wants a second person at the same keyboard rather than a solo session. The whole game is one tank against another, with no campaign or progression wrapped around it whatsoever.
