Why We Picked Roodo 2
What Roodo 2 offers is a platformer you can finish in a sitting, and it does not pad the distance. The difficulty curve is a set of small steps, and each level adds a hazard rather than a rule. The art carries the story that the script does not bother to tell. It earns the slot by being finishable in a sitting without feeling small while you are in it. The page's own numbers: 164 of 183 on the adventure shelf, 4.4 out of 5 from 8 ratings, and 289 plays.
How to Play
The game is small enough to explain in three lines:
- Steer with the arrow keys; the rest of the game is timing.
- Pick up the marked items while staying out of reach of whatever is following you.
- Collect on the way through, not on the way back.
Editor’s Note
It suits players who explore for the sake of it and do not need a collectible counter. The controls are the two most of this shelf uses, and the level design assumes you already know them.
