Red or Green
Why We Picked Red or Green
A counting question with a clock attached: decide whether red or green creatures outnumber the other, then answer the same question again with less time. Counting works until the crowd gets large, and then you are estimating, which is the actual game hiding behind the color question. With 264 plays it is a very small page, and five reviews is thin ground for judging a timer game that changes pace as you go.
How to Play
Three things decide whether a run here goes well:
- Look at the crowd and decide whether red or green creatures are more numerous.
- Answer before the timer runs out, then face the same question with less time.
- Estimate by scanning in bands instead of counting every creature one at a time.
Editor’s Note
One for a short break, and honest about being a reflex test rather than a logic puzzle. There are no instructions beyond the color question, which is all it needs, and the timer supplies the rest of the pressure.

In Red or Green you have to guess if there are more Green Creatures or Red Creatures. You can count or just try to guess approximately if there are more Red or Green Creatures. If your answer is right you will earn a point and then it will asked once again what color is predominant, but every time the timer will run faster!
