Pigeons Pigeons
Why We Picked Pigeons Pigeons
Pigeons Pigeons asks for a good first ten seconds and then a better next ten, and that is the entire design. There is little progression to lose, so a bad run costs seconds rather than an evening. It is a thin idea, and it survives on how good that thin idea feels. It ranks 345 of 500 in arcade, and the gap between it and the top is mostly luck of the thumbnail. For reference: 4.3 out of 5 from 58 ratings.
How to Play
The game is small enough to explain in three lines:
- Touch controls work on a phone and behave the same way with a mouse.
- Survive as long as the game allows and let the number measure it.
- Stop after a run that makes you angry; the next attempt is usually worse.
Editor’s Note
It runs with no install, which is the main reason a game this thin gets played at all. Nothing about it is complicated, which is why it works on a phone in a queue.
