Why We Picked Blobkill
What Blobkill asks for is a single well-timed input, repeated under mild pressure, and it never pretends otherwise. A short game with a long shadow: the mistake stays with you for a while. Checkpoints are rare, which sounds harsh and is, in fact, the point. It ranks 360 of 500 in arcade, and the distance to the top is mostly thumbnail luck. The page's own numbers: 4.7 out of 5 from 19 ratings.
How to Play
The game is small enough to explain in three lines:
- Touch controls work on a phone and behave the same way with a mouse.
- The next attempt starts from zero, which is why the first few seconds carry most of the weight.
- Move early rather than far, and let the gap close behind you.
Editor’s Note
Playable on touch, though twitch games always lose something when the buttons are glass. The difficulty is a slope rather than a wall, at least for the first minute.

Blobkill is a throwing knives game, where you hate to touch the screen at the right time. If you miss the target more than 3 times, it will be game over. Every time you hit a target the knife rotation speed increases, making the game harder and harder
